Initiatives
The Foundation develops and operates tuition-free educational institutions as part of its core model.
These institutions are designed to provide structured, consistent access to education without financial barriers, while maintaining defined academic standards and long-term operational continuity.

The Foundation carries out its work through two initiatives, each tuition-free and open to the people it is designed for.
GOK Academy
The Foundation's primary operational institution: tuition-free, structured learning for students.
GOKF - ETF
The Educator Training Fellowship: free online training for educators, open to applications all year.
All institutions under the Foundation are developed within a consistent framework.
Tuition-Free Access
No cost required for participation.
Structured Academic Delivery
Organized learning environments with defined standards.
Institutional Control
Systems designed and managed to ensure consistency.
Continuity
Institutions built for long-term operation.
The Foundation continues to develop its institutional model through:
- Strengthening existing structures
- Refining academic delivery systems
- Preparing for expansion into additional institutions
The Foundation's long-term objective is to establish additional tuition-free institutions across multiple regions.
Expansion will be based on:
- Replication of the institutional framework
- Maintenance of defined standards
- Adaptation to local contexts without compromising structure
The Foundation's institutions are not designed as temporary initiatives or support programs. They are structured as long-term academic environments intended to provide sustained access to education.
